Q. Why do I need to book an appointment?

A. Our showroom does become very busy and by booking an appointment you secure yourself and your entourage a change room & a friendly experienced sales consultant to assist you. 

 Q. What should I bring to my appointment?

A. Bring the correct undergarments to experience/visualize how you will look on the day, and most importantly…..bring an Open Mind.


 Q. Who should I bring to my appointment?

A. Bring the closest friend or family member who’s opinion you value who knows you well and with whom you want to share this experience with. Bringing more than 2 can make it hard for you to focus on what’s important……you!


 Q. What size range do you carry?

A.  Bridal, Formal & Bridesmaid Gowns available in many styles/colours in sizes 2 – 24


 Q. May I take pictures of the gowns whilst I try them on?

A. We do not allow photos to be taken in our showroom or fitting rooms.  Once you have paid for the gown in full you may take as many photos as you like.


 Q. How far in advance do I need to buy my gown?

A. All our gowns are available to take home SAME DAY, although it may be best to allow 2-6 weeks to purchase a gown from the Formal Superstore, to allow time to find accessories and have alterations done.


 Q. What are the price ranges for your bridal gowns?

A. Our Exclusive, Australian Designed, Bridal Gowns range from $595 to $2795.00.
Our Bridesmaids & Formal Gowns range from $199 to $499


 Q. Do you have an alterations service?

A. Not on the premises, although we can offer a few seamstresses we can recommend for you.


 Q. Do you offer a Payment Plan?

A. Yes, we offer a 12 week Payment Plan for Bridal Gown & 6 weeks for a Formal/Bridesmaid Gowns with a 30% deposit required.  Payments to be made at least every 2 weeks.


Q. What is your Return / Exchange Policy

A. Please choose your gown/s carefully, as once a gown leaves our showroom we are unable to Return Or Exchange.  All Sales are Final.
