Ebony was amazing and in the end my daughter pick one from Ebony’s choice! Fully recommend getting your consultants advice. The store was set up fantastic with so many gowns on display - just beautiful. Was such a pleasant experience. If I had one improvement to add it would be a glass of water for the people in the party watching but do understand why this is probably not offered around the gowns.

I bought my wedding dress from Elite Bridal in January and my guest and I were very happy with the price, quality and service provided. Our assistant was very helpful, flexible and enthusiastic. We were able to try on bridesmaids dresses as well, and were even able to book a retry appointment for the same day so I could take the time to consider my options and return. Would highly recommend.

I went to elite bridal as they sell wedding dresses that you can take home the same day. I shop was lovely and clean. It felt like a private experience. I booked an appointment for my bridesmaids to try on dresses. We weren’t sure what style or colour we wanted to look at but the stylists were so helpful. They helped us pick colours and dresses and made everyone feel really comfortable. We ended up choosing a dress and colour on our first trip. I visited Formal Wear Brisbane to find a wedding reception dress. I showed her images of dresses I wanted to try on prior. She was very good in helping me and had a good idea of what I wanted. She was very efficient in providing me with all the dresses in the changing room. It was 60 min well spend. She suggested some other dresses that I might like as well from the clearance section and I ended up buying the one that she suggested. Overall , it was a success and I walked home with my dream dress.

Fantastic customer service on both occasions we visited. The $25 appointment fee is definitely worth it. Having a stylist attend to my daughter for a full hour allowed her to try on many different styles of gowns in a very relaxed and calm environment. Selection of gowns were very beautiful, stylish and great quality. Loved the experience and the gown we chose.

Our experience at Formal Wear of Brisbane was amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful but not pushy. The dresses were displayed on models which really helped to see their shape and they even had some clearance dresses at the time of our fitting. Lovely experience.

Absolutely beautiful!!! We found the dress online and when we went in store it was even more beautiful!! The girls were lovely to deal with and we would highly recommend them. We cannot wait to share photos of our daughters graduation in 2023.
